The powder mixes well with water or milk and has a smooth texture with only a few clumps. The flavor is mild and not overly sweet. It has no carbs and is lactose and gluten-free. The only downside is that the flavor can become a little repetitive if used every day.

The best tasting whey, and a great protein to calorie ratio compared to MAJORITY of other protein brands. This is well worth the money, the texture and ability to mix easily in to smoothies, oats, etc. makes meal prep easy to hit the protein goals. A must have more muscle building!

Great flavor of protein with zero carb.

My favorite simple, clean protein powder. I have a sensitive stomach and this never causes any digestion upset. It’s the only one I’ve found and I have tried a lot. It tastes fine mixed with almond milk on its own, but I enjoy blending it with fruit, PB, and chia seeds. Sweet but not too sweet.

Absolutely love I so pure zero carb protein drinks I have the unflavored and the vanilla. I struggle with high cholesterol so I'm always looking for a protein powder that are low in cholesterol along with zero sugar and carbs and this one does it. Stop looking anywhere else believe me I've already done it. It tastes good and allows me to hit my protein targets each day with five grams of cholesterol

This is the best low carb protein and have been using it for a few years. Works well, doesn’t trouble my stomach as well
