Series 3 Omron does work
This adapter does work for my Omron series 3, model BP7150. No more need for batteries!

Works As It Should.
Like the other reviews on this product, power cord is short. No problem. I use an extension cord for it and the monitor works like a charm. Removing the batteries completely deletes the data but I always write down my readings anyway. I frown on batteries and I don't want to ruin my new expensive Omron monitor because of leakage. This power adaptor will save you money on battery purchases and will also save your monitor from battery damage.

works great. The only thing I have to comment on, I wish it had a longer cord....but it works great!

A better alternative to batteries
I received an Omron blood pressure monitor several months ago and I really like it, but it goes through batteries rapidly. Fortunately, this AC adapter is perfect for my needs. It works exactly as described, but I wish the cord were just a bit longer. It's weird that these monitors don't come with their own power supply, but luckily this one will do that job.

Cord Too Short
Works great but the cord is easy too short. It's frustrating for a person 79 yrs of age and partially the reason there's a spike in the blood pressing thinking the cord was pulled too far and the backup batteries needed replacement.

I made this purchase to try and save on battery life. As my blood pressure machine is normally at home, I felt this would be a little bit more environmental. I would recommend the seller. My order was processed quickly. Properly packaged and arrived on time. working and without any problems.

This adapter is compatible with Omron BP monitor. The reading is more accurate when using AC adapter than with battery. At first, im using the BP monitor with new alkaline battery, however, when i go to my doctor appointment the reading was high compare to the reading i got at home. I decided to try purchasing this adapater maybe i would get the same result with the clinic and it did.
