Update: Now 2 of 3 laptops won't turn on! DO NOT BUY!!! Waste of money!I bought 3 identical laptops for my kids schooling. Two of the laptops work great for what we need them for. The third one turned on for a couple months and then it displayed just a black screen. I brought it to a repair shop, and they told me it was missing components such as RAM. They said they were surprised it had turned on at all. I'm not able to return the laptop because it is beyond the 30 days since purchase. Quite frustrating since I paid almost $1200 for all of them.

Good basic laptop for virtual school. Very light and long battery. USB ports webcam trackpad all work perfectly.This is a no frills laptop so there is very small amount of storage. No usb-c ports. No disc drive. No media card slot.Works fine for browsing web and creating word/ PowerPoint documents.When first started the laptop is in “S mode” which I was not familiar with but apparently is a locked down version of windows where you can’t download programs that are not made by Microsoft (like google chrome) Until you download an app titled “turn off S mode” from the Microsoft store. It’s free and not actually difficult. Can watch a 2 minute YouTube video to figure it out.Overall I’m happy with this purchase son does virtual school on it and his screen is bigger than his friends using chrome books.

I have always been a Mac person but I can no longer afford them. I was looking for the cheapest laptop available so that I could do online banking without having to use my phone (I like a real keyboard). I've never used Windows so that took some adjusting but all in all the set up was easy and now I can communicate more smoothly with friends that send me Windows files. The only downside is since I bought the cheapest version, the disk space is very limited. I hadn't realized how much disk space Windows Office alone would take up. I would definitely recommend a larger hard drive.

This computer is perfect for our needs. We mostly do word processing, social media, email and games. The screen is much larger and easier to see than the one on our last computer ( which cost twice as much). It is light weight and very fast. We are so pleased with our choice.

I bought this laptop for my child to do their online distance learning school work. It charges fast, is lightweight, and has all of the features I want and need. My daughter is able to use it on her own, which is a plus (she's 8).

Super slim, lightweight, easy setup and fast... so far so good.

Should have spent more money since this one is useless for streaming video which was the primary intended purpose

Great laptop, a big upgrade over my older acer aspire which had the black screen of death after 3 years Works very well and has a good amount of internal storage.10 months later get the black screen of death again out of nowhere. Tried the factory reset, f keys with power up, HDMI... Nothing. I guess the old Acer was more durable after all considering this didn't even last 1 year
