Warranty issue
These lights are really good for my hall. I have purchased 9 of these already in different batches between May 20 to 31 this year. The last lot came in a box of 5 of such lights delivered on June 06 . But since the electrician fell sick due extremely bad weather he couldn't finish the work within 7 days of replacement time. Now only one out of the 9 lights was found defective. This one was in the last batch in a box containing 5 such lights. And this product has 1 year warranty. I wish to get a replacement of this 1 item. Can anyone suggest how do i claim the warranty please? Moreover i also wish to buy these lights for my 3 bedrooms, at least 10 more such lights as the lights are really very good. But i am worried if Amazon doesn't help me to claim the warranty how should I proceed. Kindly suggest.

It looks elegant and is matt finished gold colour. The light emitted is soft and warm white but doesn't look like 12W, looks much less. Good for small highlights, not appropriate for big wall or big pictures. The tube light direction can be adjusted or directed as per requirement.

Stopped working
I`ve purchased it on May 3, 2021. Get it installed it in between June 5 to 9, 2021. and now I heard a news a week ago from my home that it stopped working. I really liked the product quality. I dont know if it happens in very rare cases that it stops working, but it happened with me. I cannot recommend without knowing the reson why it happened, Because I`ve bought two and out of them one has stopped working.
