Review: lovely watercolor paper - Love this paper! Does not work well if you are using resist or doing any scrubbing, so uses are a bit different, but love how the paint flows and paper doesn't buckle.
Review: Soft thick beautiful - The paper is so soft. I use it for a ZenTangle class. We write with fine tip felt pen. The paper is thick enough the ink does not penetrate to the other side. Good size to create a small note or bookmark. Or a piece of art. I want to take my watercolor pencils to it. I think it would work well with watercolor. A big ink sharpie pen might leak through. Otherwise, nice paper to have around. I feel calm just holding the soft paper.

## Features

- [Artisan Crafted]: Each sheet in this 50-pack is handmade one at a time by skilled artisans using techniques passed down since 14th-century India. Sun-dried and cold-pressed, this 150 GSM cotton paper is externally treated with a plant-based sizing solution—making it beautifully suited for watercolor, acrylics, ink, charcoal, and colored pencils, as well as writing, calligraphy, and printing.
- [Archival Quality, Naturally Textured]: Made from 100% recycled cotton—acid-free, chemical-free, and tree-free—this cold-pressed deckle edge paper has a beautifully soft, slightly textured surface that holds color and ink beautifully over time. Your creations will retain their original vibrancy for years, whether displayed in a gallery, tucked into a journal, or sent as bespoke stationery.
- [Home Printer Compatible]: These deckle edge sheets work with most home inkjet and laser printers, opening up endless creative possibilities—personalized wedding invitations, menus, cards, photo prints, and more. For best results, feed one sheet at a time through your printer's manual feed tray. Because printer settings and tolerances vary, we recommend running a test sheet first to ensure optimal results.
- [Complete the Set]: Pair your paper with our matching Wanderings Handmade White Deckle Edge Envelopes, Small size (Search: B08C3VPFZX). See our Wanderings Paper & Envelope Size Guide on desertcart for full sizing details.
- [Proudly Protecting Artisans]: Ethically Sourced & Artisan-Friendly: Our facility is Sedex SMETA certified to ensure fair labor practices, safe working conditions, and ethical sourcing, allowing us to support the skilled artisans who handcraft our products.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this hot press or cold pressed paper? Is the surface rough/textured or smooth?**
A: The artist I ordered this for says the following:
It's a unique paper-definately not hot pressed but unlike any other cold pressed either. He likens it to painting (water color) on a super thick paper towel. It's like no other paper-he enjoyed it quite a bit. Does not buckle.

**Q: Can you use a normal, everyday pen on this paper?**
A: Yes. It's a soft paper though

**Q: What are the 3 sizes in inches?**
A: They are 4x6
9x12
6x8
If you scroll way down to the bottom it shows the dimensions for one you aelect! Great product

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Surprised by how nice the paper is.
*by V***Y on July 9, 2025*

This paper has shown up every time I hunt for watercolor paper on Amazon. I finally decided to give it a try. I wasn’t expecting much and used the first one just for a simple floral not using much paint or water, but I then tried a wet on wet sky and though it did buckle a little while wet, it dried flat. I was so pleasantly surprised! It’s a great size and a very interesting and pretty paper! I’m very happy with this purchase. I’m a fairly new water colorist, but I do paint every day and use a lot of different paints and papers.
