Well made. Good value.
Easy to install. Good design. Fasteners that came with it fit tight in ceramic tile.

Beautiful product, but....
They are heavy duty and look great....however, installation was a pain as I had to rig up a way to get the cover plate to actual cover the screw plate. There is a design flaw!

Being able to make step up.
Nice looking finish. Have one step up from garage to family room. This takes place of rails for knee replacement.

Works for me
I am handicapped and I needed a way to get into our family room as it has two steps (I am in a wheelchair). I did not want the typical handicapped bar and was looking for something more elegant. For me, it has worked beautifully. As stupid as it sounds after 30 years I can swing my way into the family room and plop myself into another wheelchair. I don't know why we never thought of it before. I can't wait to have coffee on the deck. Well made, easy to install, and classy.

This grab bar is definitely a better made product than most. Metal is heavier/thicker, even on the round end pieces. And the end pieces screw on instead of snap, haven't seen that on any other bar. Only problem I have, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, the finish looks as though something dripped on it and was wiped off, marring the finish. The second bar finish is uneven also. I will be returning to get replacements.

Excellent choice for a fully functional and stylish grab bar
Choose this beautiful, stylish grab bar for the safety and security you need and the great looks you want. Beautifully designed and it fits well with any décor.

Poor design.
It is nice to look at but has very bad design faults. The wall-plates have only two screw-holes. The handle is fastened to each wall-plate by a couple of lugs and a tiny grub-screw. If either grub-screw became loose then any strain on the handle would pull it away from the wall-plates with potentially catastrophic consequences. Grab-bars are mobility aids for the infirm and need to be absolutely reliable.
