Q: I am really confused by the sizing chart. I want to order the right size and not have to return several. Can you offer something simple to understand?

These bras are beautiful, but keep in mind that cotton does not stretch. It is very important to get the cup size right. For example, if you regularly order B cup and size 36, order 36B. I found B cup a bit tight. Try ordering one. If it fits nicely, order more. I found them lovely.

Q: Using the miss mary's measuring guide i ordered 38h (us). cup was fine, but it was too tight around the ribcage. would a 40h be the correct size?

I had that same issue with the first one I bought. The band felt very tight when I put it on, but strangely, I can comfortably wear it all day. The next one I bought went up a band size and was much happier.

Q: does this have any spandex or latex ?

The label says 83% cotton, 10% elastane spandex, 7% polyamide nylon.
