Worth it!!
I love these! These make any drink 10x better! I’ve used them for about a year, and let me share what I wish I would’ve known sooner, as these take some work. First, you need to have about 10-15 of these trays handy to even partially fill up a bin like I did in the first photo. If you don’t want to dedicate 10 minutes to do this task every time, then this product isn’t for you. If you don’t want to remove the ice from the trays in advanced and instead do so each time you get a drink, don’t bother. It’s too much work to remove ice from one tray at a time; they need to be done in batches with at least 10 at a time. Also, for removal, you’ll need an ice bin and a scoop. After removing them from the freezer, thaw the trays for about five minutes. This is optional, but it may make things easier. After that, wring them out like you would a washrag and shake the cubes into an ice bin. I do this in the sink because not all of them will make it into the bin. Now, a lot of people complained how they couldn’t remove every ice cube. People… There are like 160 small cubes in these trays! If you have ten, that’s well over 1,000! Don’t stress over removing every single cube… If it’s too much work, move onto the next tray. Lol. In over a year, I have *never* removed every cube from a tray before. Now, this next part is important! If you don’t do this, all of your hard work will be ruined. Whenever your bin is full of ice (okay, it won’t be full, it probably takes about 30 trays to fill an entire bin lol), place it into the freezer. Next, set a timer for five minutes… After the time passes, open the freezer again and give the ice bin a good shake. Earlier, while you were dispensing ice, all of the cubes melted a very small amount. Therefore, all of the ice will freeze together into a single block if the bin isn’t shaken! You may want to do this again after another five minutes…. It greatly varies depending on your freezer, but the key is to make sure the ice fully freezes again, but *without* freezing to one another. You can refill the trays or something while waiting for this time to pass. Last part. When it comes to cleaning, *do not* make the same mistake I did and leave these in stagnant water with other dishes. Dirt will essentially glue to the silicon and will create dirty ice! Gross!! If you have to clean them though, I found success placing them into a sink and fully covering them with a degreaser, like Comet. After letting the trays sit in a degreaser for ten minutes, I poured boiling water over them and let it soak for another 10 minutes. Then, I rinsed the trays with a strong water pressure to fully remove any leftover dirt. Good as new! I promise, this isn’t as much work as it sounds. Dispensing about 15 ice trays into a bin will take ten minutes + five minutes of waiting before giving the bin a good shake in the freezer. I only have to dispense the trays every 2-3 days or so. It isn’t much work at all, especially if you just keep the trays clean.

Ice tastes bad
The first batch of mini cubes were great. The cubes from the 3 trays fit into a sandwich bag. I put the trays back in the freezer and a couple of hours later I got ready to bag the second batch. I picked a piece of ice off the tray, ate it and paused. Couldn’t imagine what gave it that flavor. I popped some cubes out and they tasted the same way-bad. I dumped that ice, made a third batch and the taste was still there. I can’t use these anymore until I find a way to make the bad taste go away, if that’s even possible. I was extremely disappointed because I love tiny ice cubes and was so excited to get these. Filling them is easy. Just move it around under a stream of water, making sure all are filled. The material causes each cell to hold the water with little to no spillage (if holding level). It takes a little finesse to pop them out but the tiny cubes are worth it if they didn’t taste bad. They don’t take too long to freeze since they are tiny. Unless I can find a way to keep the taste from coming back, these will not be used again. I’ll probably look for another brand/material and try my luck that way.

40/60 achievement
The cube size was perfect, however it is a challenge to get them out without touching all over every single one. I seriously enjoy the tiny cubes that you get at most Starbucks, chick-fil-a, and hospital locations, so I was hoping to gain that from these trays but not too much achievable due to its ability to release the cubes appropriately. If you enjoy a tedious project, these are certainly for you. If you'd prefer to have minimal to no touching of the cubes when discarding them in said cup or contain, I would highly recommend sticking to a harder material of a tray for this size of cube.

A little effort.
Good little cubes but a bit of a pain to empty. Requires a little effort and if you follow the video then they want to stick together in the freezer.

These ice cubes are perfect! Ice chewers will love!
I had to write this review because I saw the video review from Ronal. Yes they are tiny Ice cubes. That’s what miniature means. If they’re frozen enough, they will not just disappear into your drink. I used mine in cold brew coffee and they were fantastic and I had plenty left to chew after I finished my beverage. The tray is VERY easy to fill which was probably my favorite part about it, just run the water and you can literally tilt the whole tray almost 45 degrees to let the excess run off the top WITHOUT the water in the cubes running out. This also made transporting to the freezer a breeze (no pun intended). No longer do you have to do that steady walk to avoid spillage. Yes, if you leave all the excess water on top, they will form into a huge block as with any ice tray. That’s an ID-10-T error and not a fault with the product. My ONLY complaint is that they’re not very easy to get out but that’s the nature of them being so small and not really anything I think the manufacturer could do differently. Overall, I was extremely impressed with these and would highly recommend them to anyone that likes tiny ice as opposed to big ugly clunkers.

I love to make smoothies but my issue is always with ice. The regular ice cubes take up too much room in the cup, and it’s a pain in the rear to put the ice in a bag and smash it to smaller pieces. Enter these ice trays. It was a bit tricky at first to fill them and not spill as they are quick thin in height, but once you do it a couple times it’s no problem. Also the first couple times getting the ice out was interesting. Lots of cubes got stuck. I found if you let it melt for a minute or two, the rubber becomes malleable and you can twist the ice cubes out much easier. Happy with the purchase!

i create bulk cooking staples like ginger, garlic paste and freeze them. Thinking if quantity i would require at a time, using regular ice cube was painful as i had to cut them before using. This mould solves the issue easily. The cubes come out easily as u can twist the mould easily. Apart from funky smell in opening which didn't go completely even after wash, I think they are fantastic. I hope the smell goes away completely in couple of washes.

Most plastic ice cube trays take 5 seconds to release the cubes but since it is made of silicone you have to meticulously release each individual cube. Good for the price unless you don't have a lot of time to get all the cubes out.

Pain in the butt. Hard to get ice cubes out. Can't return it now so it is going to Value Village.
