Brio Self Cleaning Bottom Loading Water Cooler Water Dispenser – Black Stainless Steel - 3 Temperature Settings - Hot, Room & Cold Water

We have owned this water dispenser for 11 months. It’s going strong (still works like it’s brand new). I don’t know what we did without it. This water dispenser tops our list of best purchases in 2021. We’ve had zero problems with this water dispenser.We love, love, love this black bottom load Brio water dispenser. Extremely quiet. Looks sleek and their dimensions listed are accurate. Doesn’t leave finger prints on the device so it always looks clean.I wondered if the hot water would be hot enough. The water comes out really hot producing steam in the air. Plus I’ve had to put the paper coffee cup down on tables as I walk to my destination. Double paper cups would fix this. An actual coffee mug at home works too. The water is warmer than I thought it would be so my cup of water sits out so it can cool down before I drink it. The cold water is really cold as if I had filled the glass with ice cubes. And the room temperature is a bit on the cool side, but not cold.We love the ozone cleaning function. Just note that it takes 90 minutes to fully clean. This is the best purchase. I don’t have to wait to boil water, this is just ready to use. No lime or calcium buildup either like we had with the hot water kettle. So very much recommend this. Plus I read that this water dispenser was built to last a lifetime! Sold!My family will always use bottom load self cleaning water dispensers forever. We will never go back. If it really does last the rest of our lives with minimal effort, as it has so far for almost a year, than it is well worth the price. We’re even happy that we are saving money on our water bill we’ve noticed. This machine is really built well. Again, my family highly recommends! A+ and 5 stars for sure!

This cooler is operated by a pump which draws water upwards whereas other coolers are gravity fed. The motor noise is not overbearing and it only engages when in use. Small price to pay for the convenience of not having to lift jugs. This was the main selling point for me along with the UV sanitization. From someone who works close to pharma water manufacturing, the UV light is an added bonus because it mitigates bio burdens.Having a range of water temperatures is luxurious. I mix ambient and chilled water to the temp I prefer, or you can opt for scorching hot, freezing cold or ambient.I like that there is sufficient room between the spouts and drip tray to fill water bottles - I use liter size.The hot water button has a safety on it 👍 you dispense water by holding down the respective button located on top of the unit instead of bending down and holding open a tap and now I can never go back.Equipped with easy to read light indicators to communicate when it's heating, chilling, self sanitizing and needs to be refilled.It's sleek. IMO it will integrate nicely into any space.Otherwise, it's a water cooler and it does what it's meant to do. I use 5 gal jugs of Poland Springs and haven't experienced any issues with the cooler or the water quality.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! After year and a few months, this product will stop working! I wrote a message to the seller and received NO RESPONSE! Water no longer cools and just sits in the basin. It is now beginning to mildew and mold on the inside and is very loud. The seller never responded when I reached out. I have cleaned it several times and still not working properly.

LOVE my water cooler! It has made my life so much easier and every aspect of this cooler is so convenient. It has everything you may need, from self cleaning UV to child lock for hot water to convenient wanter feeder to night light... YOU NAME IT! It is made with food grade quality silver so the quality is top notch. It works perfectly, haven't had any problems and I tested it for a month just to be sure. Also, barely any noise- couldn't ask for more!

We loved this while it lasted! We had it for 2 1/2 years until it stopped dispensing water. We think the water pump went out and were unable to get it replaced and I guess they aren’t able to be repaired for that issue.Pros:Three temps: Hot water was great for my tea, not as hot as boiling but still really good, cold was cold and the middle temp was a slight cold. Pretty quiet with slight hum what it would be running the clean or grabbing water.Easy set up and maintenance.Loved that the buttons were on top so my little kids couldn’t get to them.Faster fill up that a fridge water dispenser.Cons:The bottom piece that catches the water was easy to remove so my kids got to it easy but we honestly just took it off and it was fine.Pump or something broke internally after 2 1/2 years and there’s nothing Brio or us can do I guess haha

We have had this water cooler for 2.5 years with near-daily use in a small business environment. It has held up well with no problems. As a jug-under cooler it is very convenient to restock and is quiet. The hot water option is a nice feature and dispenses water at the right temperature to brew tea, in my opinion. The "room temperature" water option is nice also, since a lot of people do not prefer cold water (note that it is definitely room temp, not lukewarm, so if the room is chilly the water will be too). The self-clean feature is also great. Overall, we have been very happy with this purchase.

great unit for price, to open front is a bit of a pain but no deal killer at all., bought 5 for work and will be buying more

I love it. I’m not having any issues apart from one minor frustration. That frustration is only that the door doesn’t latch as well as I would like. My robot vacuum opens it sometimes and others it seems to just randomly crack open. The hot water is hot and the cold water is cold. Everything works as it should
