Also 2 documentaries have been released by Paulides, the first in 2017 by the same title and the second in 2019 “The Hunted” - based on the book “Missing 411: Hunters”.

I've purchased and read first-six books. Fascinating and sobering profiling of lost and missing persons .Ominous goings on , especially in America's national parks and forest-wildlife areas. Thousands of people go missing every year. Poof, their gone. Law-enforcement is fully aware of present and historically-past incidents. This information has been understood by the "Native American" for eons. These anomalous occurrences are nothing-new. Paulides was the writer who exposed them. The why of it? It's a mystery, definitely under the radar now and can no-longer be denied. I've crossed the Tioga Pass from Nevada into Yosemite in late-October on many a Moonless cold-night winding blowing boulders onto the highway-road with no other cars in sight and its always disturbing how isolated and alone you are at the mercy of the elements. Will acquire 411-Off The Gird from Amazon and I'am certain it will be yet another "Roller Coaster Ride to Hell". Caveat-emptor; always respect nature when it's in its own element. You are the trespasser and violator of the "Natural Order".

David Paulides is an amazing man. He attacks his subject matter with a caring passion that totally engrosses the reader. Off The Grid is the latest book I'm reading, and I have purchased and read all of the prior books. Mr. Paulides not only had twenty years experience as a policeman, but he has had years of outdoor adventures from his childhood until today to give credence to his stories.Personally, I advocate for starting reading at the beginning of the series to build background. As I read I began to ask myself how these missing people disappeared. Some of the reports are bizarre, some are really, really sad, but they are all fascinating because the information has been diligently researched and it is true.

David Paulides hits another one out of the park here with his seventh edition of his “Missing 411” book “Off the Grid”; where I have asked my old Search and Rescue team members that these books of David’s are a must read. I can recommend that all Search and Rescue teams should make an effort to read all seven editions of these Missing 411 books. I can make these recommendations, because I spent over 20 years on our Search and Rescue team with the Los Angeles County’s Search and Rescue team member; back in the mid 1970’s and into the mid 1990’s; as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff!David goes into much more details here in this recent edition, of “Off the Grid”, because most of these missing people are of a little more recent vintage; where he has had the opportunity to interview and or make on scene investigations with some of those people who have participated in these searchers. We as readers have the opportunity to gain a little more insight as to what occurred during these searches of these missing people; which might assist you and I in figuring out just what could be taking place with these people when they go missing, and are sometimes even found alive. I have found these pages of this “Off the Grid Missing 411” book to be most intriguing and thought provoking!David has given us a little more detail to understand his updated conclusions from his past Missing 411 books here in this edition also; which have fallen into a narrower review of David’s established profile points. Most of you will have a difficult time putting down this book, as you read through it; where I know that you will enjoy this edition even more than the others if that is possible.You can purchase these books through David’s web-site!

I had no idea that this was going on in our country and the world. The research that went into this book is extraordinary. Read this book and pass it on, talk about this stuff to family and friends. I eventually bought and read all 10 of his books and watched both his videos. I also watch his almost daily youtube channel. Because of David Paulides, I became aware of Steve Isdalh a Canadian from British Columbia and his youtube channel The Facts: How to Hunt .com. It's not about hunting big game, that was only his original channel's name. I was also made aware of Scott Carpenter from Tennessee and his youtube channel. There are some really weird things going on in our world. Better be informed.
