Coastal Cuisine Cedar Grilling Planks, Set of 8 Multi-length

Perfect planks for cooking.Here’s a hack: soak ALL of them in heavily salted water for a few hours. Use the one need for grilling and put the rest in freezer. Next time, just soak for a few minutes and ready to go!

BBQ'd salmon. Was moist and flavorful. Be sure to soak plank at least 1 hr prior to grilling. I sawed the larger plank in half so not to waste.

Excellent set of cedar planks. Used for the first time with two big pieces of salmon. Great product and left my salmon with a good cedar taste.

Love these as they have smaller ones that are easier to soak in my sink and we usually are only cooking for two. Good assortment of sizes.

Third time ordering but this time one of the planks arrived broken down the middle. It was the middle plank so I did not see it until opening the package at a bbq party two weeks after Zi ordered it. No way to return one plank; others were used.

planks were chipped around the edges on almost all of them. I paid a little more compared to others trying to avoid exactly what I didn't want to happen. Will send back
