Amazing! Got into extended butterfly first go!!
I absolutely *love* 'GRIP-IT'!!! I have been having trouble getting into the 'Extended Butterfly' in Pole class as the grip I have used previously did not provide the grip I needed to confidently hold the position without sliding out of position. When I used 'Grip-it' I was able to get into Extended Butterfly on my first try! As well as ensuring I held the pose confidently for quite a while. There is no scent from it, so it's not irritating to your senses. I feel that it is reasonably well priced as you only need a small amount; and is extremely easy to use. As well as providing great grip, it is also easily washed off without any residue. I learned about 'Grip-it' from my pole instructor and have been recommend 'Grip-it' to the rest of our pole class. I would also recommend it to anyone needing a strong, easy-to-use grip for either pole class or any other activity that requires a strong, confident hold. P.S. It also really does help in picking up screws!!

Amazing!
A great grip product, easy to use just spray a couple of times and let it dry. It gives me so much confidence in pole that I'm sure I'll not slip to push out of my comfort zone. No smell from it and it's easy to remove once class is finished.

Good body grip
Great for body grip and hands if you're climbing, be careful with areas like the back of your knees though as it's really strong grip. For spins, it's a little too much grip for hands but it's really great for static poses. This is actually quite popular at my pole studio as it's inexpensive and effective

Excellent for aerial skills
I've used this rosin spray before, for both silks and trapeze, and can't fault it. It gives that little bit of extra boost to your grip (and your confidence), and a little goes a long way so the bottle really lasts. My only slight niggle is that the nozzle can get a bit drippy and the outside of the bottle can get sticky, too - but I just keep it in a plastic bag and that's fine!

Good but wore off
I liked this idea and was pleased with how it worked in the first set of a tennis match, it gave me extra grip without sticking, and helped secure the racket in the longer rallies. However I noticed it began to wear off so I sprayed again, only this time it didn't last as well and felt more powdery. I tried again but it didn't improve much. So a partial improvement overall. Perhaps the formula needs a tweek.

Not for pole fitness if you have sweaty hands!!!
I've been doing pole fitness for a few years but wanted a stronger grip than Dry hands as my hands get clammy quickly and often. I bought this product as it was advertised to help with grip for pole fitness when you have sweaty hands. It says the product is designed not to stop you sweating, but instead if your hands are sweaty you will have even better grip. I thought this was the perfect solution...I thought wrong. I followed the instructions and put the product on. I managed to grip the pole for about 2 seconds before my hands started getting clammy again and I slid straight to the floor! The more grip I put on, the worse it got. I couldn't do any moves at all. The product was stuck to the pole like glue, but slipped off my hands like grease. It was unusable and I had to use someone else's grip for the rest of the lesson. I wish I'd listened to the reviews I'd seen here saying the same thing. I've since sent the product back and bought TiteGrip instead.

Wouldn’t recommend for pole dancing
This was the first grip assistance I used for pole dancing - at first it worked perfectly, I was very new to pole so I was happy I was able to stay on it and not slide down. I’m super sweaty when I workout so I struggled with grip especially with thighs and armpits. HOWEVER, after 3rd/4th time it didn’t work, I felt more slippery than before. Plus it leaves horrible mess on the pole and it’s hard to wipe it off with a towel. I personally would’t recommend - I have seen some girls used it at the pole studios but I much rather stick to liquid chalk, especially after a while you start to feel like you need less grip as your skills progress.

Yes it gives you a grip it goes without saying But it dries off quickly and then happens something interesting lol it gives you a loud squeak sound when you spin for example and then you don’t feel a grip nor slide, kind of strange. Anyway that’s how it worked for me

This is by far the best pole dancing grip. I've tried soooooo many others and they make my hand TOO dry. This feels (and smells) like you're rubbing pine tree sap on yourself, which sounds terrible but it's actually perfect. Using this makes you feel like superwoman. Unfortunately because of the high resin content it's not allowed in most competitions. It's also a touch annoying to wipe off poles because it leaves a sticky smudge sometimes. Use non diluted alcohol and some elbow grease. Worth it though.

I had high hopes for this product. When I first applied it to the palm of my racket hand before my tennis game, 2 or 3 squirts I think, it was extremely sticky, like I left some very sweet syrup on my hands to dry. The stickyness after the initial application is quite 'disgusting'. Anyway, after 30 mins of tennis in the hot & humid weather, and with sweaty palms, my racket hand was not sticky anymore! I tried to dry my hands and reapply but it only lasted for 10 mins or so. In some ways, this is better than rosin powder. At least there's no powdery substance left on the racket handle.
