I love pine nuts/seeds & have had the pleasure of eating then over many years. Out of all the ones I have purchased from Amazon, these are definitely THE BEST & I will be ordering more in the future.They arrived next day via Prime, were well-packaged in a sturdy tub & taste delicious: sweet, moist & obviously fresh.Pine nuts are so nutritious, containing many essential minerals & vitamins that contribute to good health: magnesium, phosphorous, manganese, calcium,zinc, iron,fibre, vitamins K, E & protein.This combination also plays a part in lengthening our telomeres, an anti-aging effect. Great for vegetarians, vegans as well as all of us. It is so much better to get nutrients from good quality food than to try & replace them with supplements, many of which are synthetic.I buy small bags & decant a selection of nuts into them every week. I leave the bags in a bowl on the kitchen counter. This ensures that both myself & my family members who call round to see me get their nutrients. (Better than giving biscuit with a cuppa).Price wise, all good quality nuts are expensive & these are no exception. The secret to satisfaction may be trial & error, like with many things. Pine nuts quality ok although the size was small and taste was how it normally does

I buy these for my Parrot and its a cheaper way to buy them as supermarket prices have increased so much.
