Nice and expensive
The product is just good. I think it is more expensive than it looks and it's material wise it is not much qualitative.

Best Ever Gift Product for Friends/Parents/GF/BF/Grand Parents
It's an amazing product and store owner is very supportive on whatsapp. Quality of product is very good and the condition of lighting system is very good but still i found a fault. When i received the product the main lighting system disconnected by which gum used to attach so i have to attached again that with gum and cellotape. But overall it is a very good gift item i found.

Perfect for surprise gift
This was a gift for my son who is on duty for nation at China Border. Pradeep had gone out of the way to fulfil our requirements. It was a big surprise for our son and he loved it... I am Super happy with the product ,its quality is also good. I suggested some customization in the designs ; inspite of lockdown he some how managed to get the customised image created and carved it out very well. He was prompt in communication .Overall we had Amazing experience with personal touch.God bless the seller Pradeep.

Bad customer service
Product is good but the customer service is really bad. They don't respond properly to customer and don't customize according to customer. Very bad customer service.

Donot waste the money to buy the cheap quality product
It is a cheap quality product. Firstly delivery got delayed for a day. Second the product has come with a cheap and non functioning charger. The manufacturer SHAIVYA responded only to take the order, later contacted to share the failed product reveived issue, the manufacuter SHAIVYA not responded.Only money minded manufacturer no respect for the customers. Zero service and response if contacted.Never recommend to buy SHAIVYA'S product.All the surprise planned failed because of cheap quality product.
