Simple but great
Happy with this item. They help make a cake look beautiful and festive. Can be reused. Wasn't sure how to sort out the balloon so didn't use.

The happy birthday part was good. The balloon burst before I'd even tried ti blow up and the other parts covered in glue and not even stuck very well.

Two spinners weren’t connected, and the ballon had a puncture. 3 items out of 6 were able to be used. The happy birthday sign was adorable and made it worth it.

Save your money.
Two of the decorations had fallen off the sticks and had to be taped and the balloon looked terrible, it just didn't work. It would help if it was balloon shaped when blown up.
