Healthy and good tasting meal alternative
I’ve been using Promax bars as a meal replacement on my weight loss journey. I’ve lost over 75 lbs in about a year and a half. I often pair one bar with a protein shake and feel full for hours. They are low calorie, and I love the taste. It’s been a very big part of my success, to have a healthy, good tasting alternative when I want to replace a regular meal.

Not bad, but too dry
Tastes good but very, very dry, which is pretty unpleasant to get down. It gets my throat feeling sticky. You also have to drink more water when you increase protein, so don't forget that.

Amazing Protein Bars
These are the best protein bars I've ever found. They're a little high in sugar, but if you use them as a meal replacement and not along with a meal, you'll be ok! I've been eating 2 a day for 2 months and haven't gained an ounce, and my A 1C continues to stay at 5.2.. my grandmother is 84 years old and is pretty much confined to a wheel chair, it's pretty hard to get any meat into her for fear of her choking, but she loves these and they make her feel so much better. I'm so glad we found these. 3 months later: still getting these and they're still the BEST protein bars ive ever had! No chalky taste, and they still haven't raised my A1C. Same day delivery is amazing!!!
