Time for Bed Board Book

I bought this for my kids over 20 years ago and they loved it. Still had it when my granddaughter came long last year and she loves it being read to her countless times throughout the day, and looking at the beautiful illustrations and hearing the lovely rhymes, so I had to buy the board book which is better for her little hands. I wonder if she’ll pass it onto her grandchildren, it’s a timeless classic, and highly recommend.

The book has improved a lot since I was a child. I was expecting a standard board book, instead it has one of those squishy hard covers, really makes it feel special. Fairly big too. Lovely book, enjoyed reading through it again, beautiful illustrations and a sweet story

We love this in our house! My son regularly picks it off the shelf at bedtime as one he'd like to read. And while some of his books bore me to death, this is actually quite cute and relaxing, I think it's the rhyming. He likes to point at all the baby animals and make the noises (he's one), I'm hoping it stays a favourite for a while yet!

I absolutely adore this book. bought it for my 14 month old. It is such a lovely, cosy wholesome book. The illustrations are soothing, detailed and beautiful, it has lovely simple rhyming rhetoric which is appealing and itsJust a great introduction to British wildlife. The book also has a lovely feel to it, good size and good quality. My daughter loves it. Highly recommend.

A great little bedtime story, where you're able to say goodnight to a variety of animals (as it's also their time for bed). My 2 yr old and 4m old, love this at bedtime.

Wonderful reassuring night time book for babies. Beautifully illustrated, the book is a poem about animals going to sleep. Perfect to create a reassuring positive sleep association

It is absolutely beautiful. My little one really like it. Ordered hardcover one.

I haven't actually given the book to the toddler yet; but having had a look myself, I think it is a beautiful book.
