It Just works............
I purchased one of these straps followed by another a few days later.I have sensitive skin - and metal and rubber irritate. These straps do not irritate. They are elasticated so move and stretch even when hot. They match my watches perfetly and are easy to fit.So whilst the straps dont display rhe Rolex or Omega watch band logos - I can at least where them with these straps. So very happy thus far.

Comfortable
Nice strap bit expensive for what it is. I brought it to put on my Addisdive willard homage looks good on that and fits well, easy to put on, thinking of buying the navy blue for my Seiko padi turtle. Comfortable to wear I have a 7inch wrist

For small to medium size wrists only
I bought and returned a similar strap a few months ago. That strap was almost impossible to hook up on to the buckle. This one is virtually identical, but the elastic nylon band is perhaps slightly denser and feels slightly more substantial. The hook's "jaw" is also slightly wider, making it much easier to hook on to the buckle. However, I give it only 3 stars because the strap is simply far too short. I have 17.5cm wrist. Even with the strap fully open, I have to stretch it to put it on the wrist with the hook at the end of its travel. The hook served little purpose for adjustment. Anyone with a 18cm wrist or over should not buy it.

Very comfortable
I wanted a watch strap that I could wear on holiday with my Citizen promaster, something that I could swim with, would be light and comfortable, and not too hot. This fitted the bill. My wrist size tends to vary throughout the day, and with different temperatures, so the elasticated nature of this strap is ideal. I was initially underwhelmed upon receiving the strap as it seemed expensive for what is essentially some elasticated material but having worn it for a while I've come to appreciate it more. I've had the strap over 3 months now (wearing it in rotation with other watches) and it's held up well. The only negatives I have is that the buckle (that you use to set the tightness) will eventually slide down slightly and you have to readjust it...not a big deal and only happens very occasionally (perhaps once a week). On the plus side it's infinitely adjustable. I much prefer this style of strap to the traditional nato and will probably buy some other colours.

why had i not tried this type of strap before ?
bought one of these to try on my casio waveceptor daily work / beater watch as wanted something more secure than the standard strap.normally id have chosen a NATO strap but saw this type of strap being reviewed on youtube and thought i'd give it a tryits even more secure than a NATO / ZULU strap as whilst it retains the security from a failed spring pin, it adds the ability to not rely on being fastened to stay on your arm as effectively it is an elasticated loop that will not pass over my hand without being pulled, even when not fastened and the sliding "buckle" allows for instant adjustment whilst wearing it without having to undo the strap, its even easier than a velcro strap, the strap itself is light, soft enough to be very comfortable without appearing so far to be so soft that it will wear quickly and not too warm when doing any strenuous activity, also because it is only a single pass under the watch, like a ZULU, it wears thinner than a NATOonly minor downsides are that you need to ensure you don't let the clasp bounce back onto your watch face if you undo it and it can be a fiddle to fasten but both of these just require a bit of effort until you are used to them, at which point it becomes second nature to hold the end of the strap when unfastening and realise its easier to fasten the strap whilst it's slack and then adjust afterwards

Nice, attractive strap
Having several Erikas Originals straps, from which the design of this one was presumably taken, I decided to try these as I needed a strap quickly (Erikas are made to order and take a week or more to be made).Delivery was quick and the strap arrived on time. Firstly, this strap, although obviously based on the Erikas design, is much shorter in length than those - it measures 22.5cm (9 ins) from end to end including the metal fastener: my wrist size is 20cm (8 ins) and and equivalent Erikas strap would be 27.5cm (11 ins) from end to end. This is because the Originals straps are meant to sit on the wrist flat, with the fastening on the side of the wrist, not in the centre under the wrist where a normal strap buckle would be. So, from this point of view I much prefer the Erikas Originals design. Hers is also much easier to get over the hands, and the quality of the Originals fabric is much thicker and sturdier, whilst being flexible and proven to be long lasting. This is simply a comparison for reference! The strap I purchased (20mm, navy with red/white central pattern) is comfortable, a decent thickness, and both attractive to look at and easy to install once you work out which way the fastener points (it should be at the 12 o’clock side of the watch with the hook of the metal fastener pointing downwards). It is easily capable of holding a fairly heavy watch head (mine weighs 135g) without any untoward movement. The price at around £20 is not excessive for a decent NATO or canvas type of strap, and compared to the new price of an Erikas Originals MN strap which is now £75, it’s a bargain - although not an exact replica by any means.Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and keep my fingers crossed for its’ longevity - of course, only time will tell.

Great strap, the best one I've come across in this style
I spent quite some time looking for a replacement strap for my G-Shock watch. The strap that came with the watch was a nice thick plastic one, but it felt big and bulky. Plus I fancied a wrap around style and so this took some time for me to get the right one. This one came quick and was very easy to install. I have small-ish wrists and it fits well but there is enough strap to fit most people without a doubt.Within a couple of hours of wearing this new strap, I'd forgotten I had a watch on as it was so light and thin compared to my thick plastic one. NOTE, if you already have a thin strap perhaps you may not notice as big a difference as I did.I've had this strap for a week now and am still 'excited' with it! The material is thin, very durable and very comfortable. Im happy to leave my watch on whilst sleeping, but always remove when washing so can't comment on it being waterproof.A point to note: if you want the strap on tight, you adjust the 'holding" buckle further along the strap, before fastening the 'hook' part to the buckle. This can get a little tricky as you have to pull a little more to reach it. I found it easier to do when I had it just a little looser. Hopefully this explanation is clear. However, please note, this is my first strap of this type so like most things, it just takes getting used to which I'm sure will soon be an invalid point for me. Regardless, this is NOT a negative comment about the strap, it's simply common sense as the same applies to anything similar like fastening a belt round you which is too small! 😀Great strap, great price, considering similar straps are priced higher. A number of similar style straps are cheaper on Amazon, some much cheaper than this. However, the reviews suggest they're not durable and are hit and miss in terms of not breaking/fraying etc. This definitely looks tough/long lasting but as I've only had it for 1 week I can't comment on it yet.The black buckle and hook are plastic coated black and I imagine they will start scratching if constantly dropped etc or if worn whilst working at a desk etc. No sign of that with mine yet so very happy overall.Genuinely very happy with it and happy to provide an update after a few months or further info if anyone needs. If your budget for a new watch strap can stretch to this, I highly recommend this one! Definitely full marks from me!
