What would be the purpose to return and request a new one it could be more of a mess than this one. Not sure how the rows of the flowers were rolled into the so called ball but there are large spaces of nothing here and there. A real true mess. I have never been so disappointed in anything I have purchased. I'm hoping to be able to place on a table maybe up against something to hide the giant holes Don't waste your time purchasing this item.
