Sign works great. Very bright and looks good. I thought it had stopped working and was able to get a hold of the company after leaving a negative review. They helped me figure out that it was the free gift, the dimmer and on/off switch that was actually broken and not the light. They did not replace the free gift. It does suck not to be able to control the brightness level or have a way to turn it on/off without unplugging, but the light itself works perfectly great and looks quite lovely in my office. You really can't beat it for the price.

A great neon sign!!! The picture doesn't do it good. The color of the letters are blue. It is beautiful and bright. Came perfectly packaged, with all the things needed to mount. Ben fatto. Se scegliete lo sfondo a specchio potreste trovare qualche ditata che è comunque facile da pulire; il prodotto d'altra parte è rifinito a mano. E' dotato di dimmer e telecomando per regolare l'intensità luminosa ed il tipo di lampeggio (eventualmente non utilizzate il dimmer se volete che funzioni come una semplice lampadina).
