You should supplement it with a real estate financing book, such as Bruggeman's "Real Estate Finance and Investment", which I highly recommend.

It explained basic real estate concepts in depth, but it went even further. Quite useful especially for Argus users ( Kahr was the initiator of Argus Software). You should supplement it with a real estate financing book, such as Bruggeman's "Real Estate Finance and Investment", which I highly recommend.
