Very effective and quick in pain relief

Great for muscle pain
Really good product. Arnica is usually cooling but it is combined with essential oils that are really heating so it is perfect for muscular pain and contractures. It's helped me a lot. I wouldn't recommend it for bruises though because it creates a lot of heat. Arnica gel or cream is better for that

It works if you are patient enough!
Bought it for my mother who suffers from chronic cervical spondylosis. It is not an option for her to take pain killers.She is feeling much better and hoping to rely on this for future.
