This item lasted less than 24 hours the loop that holds the number is not soldered together and the number was lost. Tried to message the seller and it is not returnable and you can’t leave a message to try and get a replacement! DO NOT BUY IT!

Got this for my 6 year old son and he loves it! Pendant itself is awesome and durable, engraving is very easy to read! However, my son never takes it off so he wears it to all his games and bed and such and the chain isn't the best quality and it breaks easily. We actually lost the first one we ordered because it broke during a baseball game. We got lucky the next time it broke and found the pendant so we just switched out the chain!

Overall great product. Given as a gift and it was very well received. Item looked nice (custom number and name) and was well packaged.

Very light weight material. Not sure if it's even sterling silver. The clip on the number broke within minutes of my son putting it on. I took it to a jeweler to have a better clip put on it and used a heavier chain to put it on. You get what you paid for.

I panicked when I opened this gift for my son, some way I entered the incorrect soccer number. The seller responded quickly and offered to send me a new custom chain and said there was no need to send back the incorrect one. Even though I cannot use the incorrect one, the quick response from the seller made me appreciate the product even more. I have forwarded the link to other soccer moms. Great service is sometimes hard to find and I truly appreciate the seller and I know my son will love it!
