I'll be using this for Halloween, hat fits and it's super cute. The only issue I had was the button was squished. They should take the buttons off and then the consumer puts them on instead. Also be careful, there's an extra button in the package and it was opened so I stabbed myself :)

I was going to make my own but was running into a time crunch so did a search on Amazon and lucked out and ordered. Looks good for the material. I was afraid it would arrive in terrible shape and I would have to reform it before wearing but was pleasantly surprised upon wearing it was mostly okay. There is a weird lip on the inside that is visible (shown in picture) and the hat is not stiff. Necklace not attached. Fits well. Not breathable, so did get hot wearing all day. It worked for me.
