Well made, nicely finished perforated leather, elasticated adjustable fixing straps. Quite well filled cushion that gives support but enough give to be comfortable. This projects forward quite a bit and as the backrest on my front seats are fairly low it presses against the top of the shoulder, there is insufficient space between top of backrest and head rest to achieve effective neck support. However my rear seats are taller and it works well for rear passengers.

Have neck issues when driving and hope this will help. Seems to be of a reasonable quality and fis quite well into my neck problem area but time will tell.

As a Uber driver cannot recommend this highly enough. I have plenty of space to recline in my SUV but could never relax reclined when idle, this thing is as good as a pillow to use when reclined as well as support. Quality product and well made

With a long road trip coming up, I was looking for something to support me on the passenger side because I tend to carry tension while travelling. I'd previously tried a contoured neck pillow and even a rolled-up towel, but neither gave me what I was looking for. I wanted something that would let me lean back and loosen up instead of staying stiff.This one has a shape that works much better for me, filling the gap between my head and the vehicle's headrest without feeling bulky. At first, I had to remind myself that I could simply let my head rest back instead of staying tense out of habit! The medium-feel memory foam is comfortable while still providing enough support.The trip was a good test, with 9–10 hours in the truck each way. Normally, that amount of time on the road would leave me with a tension headache, but I didn't experience that this time. The size and thickness worked well for my frame, and it made a noticeable difference.Installation was simple, and the adjustable strap keeps everything securely positioned without sliding around. I was initially hesitant about the leather-like material since I'm generally not a big fan of leather, but I'm glad I gave it a chance. It feels smooth, hasn't become hot or sticky, and the small perforations on the front seem to help with breathability. I also appreciate that the cover has a zipper and can be removed for cleaning.Over the past three months, it has maintained its shape with no flattening, sagging, or stitching issues. I continue to use it for both running errands and long drives, and it has remained the best solution I've found for taking the strain off my neck and shoulders.

I don't know how I ever lived without this. So comfortable. Makes snoozing in the car so much better. I really love love love this item.
