Effective and tastes nice
Lovely tasting sleepy tea, it's never going to work like a kosh but it definitely makes me feel relaxed and my eyelids heavy!

I received the tea today. I'm very picky about drinking diet teas because of the taste. But this one has a fresh and subtle flavor. The aroma is also very mild. Now, I can't say whether it helps with the diet yet because I only drank it today.
