I use this in my mash. Macaroni cheese dishes mainly, great taste, easy to use. Smells wonderful, excellent value for money, a little goes a long way

Too oily
There is flavour, no doubt, but the product is far too oily and runny to use for bruschetta . Can be used as extra flavouring in many dishes, but not as appetiser. No worth the price in my opinion, and not buying again.
