Good food for shrimp
I have two amano shrimp and one nerite snail in one of my 5 gallon tanks, and another nerite in my other 5 gallon (planning to add cherry shrimp soon). Since my tanks are recently established, I wanted to make sure I had a secondary food source in case they cleaned all the biofilm and algae. Unfortunately neither of my nerites will eat much of anything but algae and biofilm, but the shrimp seem to love these blocks, and will sometimes squirrel away tiny pieces to eat later. I normally cut the blocks into 8ths, and feed one piece once a week, along with a quarter of an algae wafer. The blocks cut pretty cleanly even using a butter knife, and the blocks sink quickly and don't cloud the water. They take about 4-5 days to completely dissolve, though I do keep them in a low flow area in my tank. Both of my amanos are juveniles, meaning they molt weekly, and all of their molts are nice and healthy. I wonder if the extra dissolved calcium is helping my nerite too, because even his shell, which had a tiny crack at the tip, looks like it's filling in. I'm definitely keeping this as part of my shrimps' diet.

LOVES THESE!
I use these for my shrimp and snails (though my fish do snack on it too!)

My cherry shrimp love these. No fuss, easy to feed.
I got these blocks for my nano tank of cherry shrimp. Because my tank is so small and I don't want to foul the water, I cut the blocks up into little chunks and feed my shrimp about twice a week. I store the leftovers in a baggie in the fridge because I am in a hot, humid climate and haven't had any issues with it going off. Both the adult and baby shrimp love these and they are thriving. It's also nice that the food has calcium in it so it's one less part of the shrimps diet I need to fuss about.

Mixed Opinion
I don’t know if I had sensitive shrimp or if it was the nano feeder, but all my shrimp died shortly after placing one of these in the tank. I can’t blame the feeder because I truly don’t know if it was the feeder or the somewhat recent tank change. I kept the 5 remaining incase I get shrimp again and need these.

Ghost Shrimp Like It
My ghost shrimp like this. The issue is that it doesn't hold its shape very long.

Shrimp Approved!
I have Blue Velvet and Crystal Red shrimp. They love these! They don't cloud the water, and they maintain their shape after sinking. I cut the tablets up into halves so they are eaten quickly. I just use them as an occasional treat.

Just dropped one in
Have tried this once right before leaving for the weekend, it was great and shrimp liked it enough that I just dropped another one in.

Fish don’t eat it
This is garbage, dropped one in two different tanks and fish don’t go near it. Waste of money and you can’t even return an unopened package!

We have 2 adorable snails, but Banana isn't as picky and would eat all the Kelp wafers, but Chocolate preferred the spirulina powder I would sprinkle for the brine shrimp. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough for him, so he wasn't growing like Banana. So I decided to look for different snail food and found this item with spirulina. I was nervous because it doesn't list snail on the packaging, but decided to try this. It's a big success <3

I used that when I went away for 5days, but turn out they love it more than the other food! I have seen a lot of successful molts afterwards so I am very happy! And will buy more!
