I bought this item in October 2021; and it has served me well. I used it nightly and while the fit was a little finicky, I finally got it right. Sadly, after almost 2 years of faithful service it has died as of 48 hours ago. For $20 I don't think it's a bad deal and I definitely got my $20 out of it. Only real complaint is the fitment on the apple watch 6 was either good or it was bad. I had noticed over the past 2 months or so that my watch wasnt being fully charged after a typical charing session or it would die super fast some days and not others. I think it was just the charger giving up the ghost. I will probably order another if the fitment issues have been fixed.

I love this small stand that I can leave plugged in on my nightstand! So easy to throw my watch on each night so it’s freshly charged for the next day. The price is also super nice!

Will randomly connect and disconnect in the middle of changing. Even though my watch isn’t moved. Kind of annoying when it’s flashing in the middle of the night saying it’s charging and then not charging.

Updated review:After I wrote the original review, the seller contacted me and gave me the option for a replacement charger or refund. I opted for the replacement charger because, I really wanted this item to work out due to it's convenience. The replacement works sooooo much better.... of course, it is a bit slower than the original apple charger. I didn't expect it to work exactly the same.If you're like me... someone who takes the watch off and walks away for a few hours or lets it charge over night this is perfect. This one stays connected and works excellent.I have given the device a couple months of usage before I posted this update just to verify the device would function correctly after several months of usage...so far it's excellent.*Simply due to the inconvenience of the whole situation I will not rate this above 4stars. But, I highly appreciate the seller correcting the situation.Orginal Review of 1 star:Kinda like my last relationship..this device is inadequate and lacks true connection. It’s nice for putting your watch on, however doesn’t charge fast by any means. Also have to finesse to make sure it’s charging

It works but it has low power so it takes longer than the original to charge it

Overall I really like it for travel. It does charge slower but that’s not a big issue for me.However it’s started chiming and turning on randomly while charging. It’s just an annoyance for me because I wear my watch at night and charge during the day. But if you sleep with it charging it’s hard to imagine it wouldn’t wake you up. Hopefully this is an issue Apple can fix.

I bought this primarily for aesthetics as I have all black accessories on my desk and didn’t like the stark white stock watch charger sticking out. It is easy to setup and I like the height adjustment. Unfortunately for me it is MUCH slower to charge my 45mm Series 7 watch as compared to the stock charger. I can charge my completely dead watch back to full in less than an hour on the stock charger but this one takes 4-5 hours. Not sure if this is a flaw with my unit but it’s the one negative for me with this product.

not too bad , but not as good as I expected.

After about a year, my iPhone started making noises when charging. Problem vanished when I went back to using the supplied charger so assume the product developed a fault.

It’s great little charger but it’s not a usb-c connector.
