In Turkey, at the heights of Burdur's Lake, they spread to the sight of the fields of Rose Damascena, a true emblem of the female perfumery. For 40 days, between May and June, each morning, the buttons are picked by hand, before 10am, when the dew still pearls on the petals and the fragrances are at their maximum concentration, then distilled on site to avoid losing anything from their exceptional fragrance.
