It came very well packaged, in a very giftable box with a matching spoon and doilie. The handle is thinner than a normal coffee mug but it's very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. The glass itself is thin but it seems like it will hold up. I got the Tall cup and my hand will not fit inside to clean it. You will need a brush to reach inside. When you pick up the cup, your knuckles may touch the glass and if there's a hot liquid, you might burn yourself. If you're careful and place your thumb on the top knook, your knuckles shouldn't touch the side of the cup. Really though, if you're looking to buy this, you only care if it's cute and well made. It's a sturdy cup. It's really cute and has little fake crystals on the flowers and butterfly. When I opened the box, I was so pleased with how lovely it looks. Thanks for reading!

These are truly lovely! I bought one for my mom for Mother’s Day as I brought back some of that insanely expensive Indonesian coffee from vacation…can’t drink $600 coffee out of a ceramic mug ;) I wasn’t sure what to expect and thought it might be cheap and gawdy, but that was ok for the gift I was giving…I mean, crazy expensive coffee is rather gawdy lolAnyway, I was so wrong! This cup is gorgeous! The details are lovely, the box it comes in is thick, strong, and beautiful, in fact I didn’t even wrap it because it’s such a nice presentation, just a bow did the trick. My mom loves the mug and it sits in her kitchen window now. It really is beautiful, and the price is so right, I would have paid much more for this knowing how nice it is!

I got this as a retirement gift for a special coworker of mine, and truly it is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. The box it comes in is thick and textured. The cup is fairly good sized and it comes with a spoon that's carefully packaged underneath it. She loved the gift, and it was worth every penny.

Happy with the product really disappointed that the the box it came with can’t be used when I gift it to my grandmother. So keep that in mind. I feel it was bad handling from the seller considering Amazon packaging box was intact.

I gently hand washed them after receiving before having guests over for tea and almost all the coloring (paint) came off the entire cups.

I purchased two mugs as gifts for my friends whose birthdays fall in the spring. One in red and one in blue. They came beautifully packed and the material is of good quality. I am very happy with this purchase because I had bought a similar cup from another seller for another friend, but it did not come with the pretty box, the spoon, the coaster, and neither with the little glass cloth. Which is a bummer considering that the difference in price was only $1. I will definitely come back to buy more!

This is a beautiful cup. I bought my sister, my daughter and myself one in memory of my mother who was a huge tea drinker, lover of all things blue and flowery. We all toasted her on Mother's Day! They all arrived at 3 different locations intact, very well packed, in a lovely satin-lined box with a decorative tipped spoon and unique gold laced plastic coaster.

Last year I bought this tea glass in the purple color. A friend of my sons really loved it so I gave it to her as a gift. Then I ordered this one for myself, thinking I’d get a similar actually the same glass. However, instead of purple the color on this one was blue. There’s no way you could ever mistake it for purple; it wasn’t anything like the one that I given as a gift.
