Whomever bought & returned the jumpboard was NOT truthful in why they returned the jumpboard. This was defective, the frame that inserts into the v2max reformer was misaligned. Under no circumstances could the jumpboard I received fit into the reformer slots. So I returned it, now I wait for my card to be refunded to purchase again. I called Amazon to let them know they cannot sell the jumpboard I returned for the reasons stated above.
