Good for smoking meat
These cherry wood chunks (3L per bag) they did a very good job a few days ago, when I cut meat and sausage, there could be more of them because they burned quickly for this price, but it is certainly a very good quality tree.

delightful flavour
1st of all, this is an expensive item - but, if you're after that perfect Texas rib flavour that's what you're gonna have to pay over here in Blighty.Although small, these wood chunks impart an amazing, subtle flavour to anything cooked in their smoke. Heat output increased by about 15% when compared to equivalent amounts of Oak, so use sparingly when cooking at low temperatures.would like to see Mesquite & other American hardwoods more readily available this side of the Atlantic... guess I'm just gonna have to move to Austin TX...

Good quality, BUT blimey 6 small bits of wood, I am sure its kiln dried by elves using their elvish breath, but sheesh
