This is the best leash so far. I like the add on as bela tends to grab leash. She gave up on this one. Light and locks and opens easily. Nice packaging too. Would recommend.

I really like the 15 inches of chew proof metal. My husband had taken our puppy to meet his mother and kept her on the lead so she wouldn't jump up. The puppy chewed completely through the lead. That was our second lead in 4 weeks that she had destroyed! She will never chew through this new one so we are happy

Only brought this due to my staffy chewing every flexi lead he gets.. I should of just paid the standard £5 one from home bargains because he chewed it strait away

Where have u been all my life? It's perfect for our 85lb Taz. Occasionally, he gets really excited when other dogs come around (he will pull, tug and chew on leash) NOT with this one, in less than 2 wks he has been healed. Can't tell u how many leashes we have been thru prior to this one. It's easy to hold/handle on our daily walks, very sturdy and locking mechanics So far so good Highly recommend

The steel cable is dangerous both for your dog and human owner - the strands started coming off which is sharp. We stopped using the steel cable and yesterday the leash just snapped. I have a 15 lbs dog shitzu, this is very low quality.

I got this for my husky puppy who had a habit of chewing on her lease during walks and chewed threw her first leash within a month. The anti-chew leash extension broke her leash chewing habit instantly. When she does bite it now (maybe once a week), she drops it immediately. The leash and handle are good quality and heavy duty. The handle is heavier than my first retractable leash, but after two months of use, I don't notice it anymore, but if you're looking for something lightweight, this isn't it. The leash doesn't tangle and retracts well, and the lock/rekease button works good. I've had two instances in two months of daily use - once where it wouldn't retract and once when it wouldn't unlock. Other than those two times, it's worked great.

This product prevents my Belgium Malinois from chewing his leash. It is very sturdy, and manages to hold his pulling and testing his boundaries.I have noticed there is a slight lag in the recoil of the leash, but for my situation, it isn’t a problem. An active dog doesn’t allow much room for slack.I’ve dropped the holder a few times, and nothing has broken. The product is safe, sturdy, and withstands my 100 lb Malinois curious dog.
