I love this waffle maker for the price, ease of use, and cleanability.The only thing I was concerned about, is that it seems to smoke out the back when there was nothing on it at all. Smelled a bit of burning plastic in the beginning, but i let it run for a bit, and it seemed to sort itself out. Likely just due to a new, never used product settling.Make sure when you are cooking to go by the smell of how well done your waffle is. When you start to smell the well-cooked smell, is a great time to remove the waffle. It gets very hot, so be careful opening it. Even on the "safe" handle its very hot.DO NOT use a runny batter at all. Trust me, it spews out the sides and over the edge. Luckily, this waffle maker is easy to clean.If using premix, i find a 1/2 cup powder with 1/3 cup water perfect for a single waffle.If you're looking for a cheap but effective waffle maker, this is a great choice.

This product arrived broken. The plastic handle was broken when I opened the box

Came quickly and was able to use it right away. It works very well, is a good size, pretty easy to clean and the colour is great! Very happy with my purchase and would recommend.

I dislike that I have wasted £94.17 on an item I cannot use. I dislike that the level of customer service is shocking. I dislike that it certainly is not value for money and is not fit for purpose unless I lived in a different continent - very disappointed. I’m not able to rate ease of use or easy to clean as it is unusable.
