NeilMed Sinus Rinse Kit with Xylitol, 50 Count (Pack of 1)

Well, this brand always has a warm spot in my heart for doing what it does. I need to do frequent sinus washes due to congestion issues. It works! As for the xylitol added, I use it because I am a frequent flyer of sinus infections, this has helped to slow them down.

I love this stuff. I have used the regular packets for years, but these work better for the type of allergy problems I suffer from. I have to do a rinse twice a day. I have very thick, sticky mucus that was really difficult to flush out. The xylitol creates a barrier that prevents the mucus from adhering to my sinus tissues. It doesn't dry my sinus out like the regular solution, either. The granules are larger, though, but will dissolve if you shake the bottle enough.
