When we first got the ball and showed it to our dog, she was not interested. It was hard and not easy to play with. But, then we added the yellow cover and Oh My Gosh, What A Difference That Made! She is now chasing and playing with it and the fact that it will shut itself off and restart keeps her interested. It is a well made, strong, and interesting dog toy that I think most dogs will love.

This is THE BEST TOY I've ever gotten for any dog I've ever owned! My female Cocker Spaniel ADORES IT and literally wipes herself out playing with it! Super exercise after a winter on the couch!! I even let her play with it for 15 minutes before I gave her a haircut yesterday and she was too tired to move much - although she's very good with a haircut.The ball is amazing - I love it as much as Brenna does and have to say she likes both speeds!I would have given the vendor 5 stars - possibly 10 - except the little strap that is on the cover (which is fine in of itself) came out of the ball and is frayed. The vendor is replacing the ball and the cover - GREAT COMPANY!! My dog is not aggressive or destructive; I personally think the little strap should be heavier and secured more but outside of that DO NOT HESITATE to purchase this ball!! It's a hoot to watch Brenna playing with it and outstanding exercise. She and I BOTH ADORE IT!!Ease of use is perfect - works as stated. Noise level is perfect; Weight is heavier than a tennis ball but a 26 pound Cocker Spaniel is having zero problems with it; Bounce is THE BEST PART!!!! Safety is fine - no possible way for my dog to get hurt with it at all; Chewability would be a problem for a large, aggressive dog that could fit the ball completely in its mouth. The ball is bigger than a tennis ball and thus cannot be picked up by my Cocker Spaniel which makes it even more fun for her AND ME!!!SUPER, SUPER PLAY-TOY for a pup!!!

This product is perfect for active dogs. It keeps my dog busy and entertained the entire time. Definitely not the best for aggressive chewers. However, if your dog is a chewer, the fact that the on/off switch is covered by a silicone insert rather than having to screw open the ball is a game changer! It makes it last so much longer in case the dog damages the screw off mechanism. If it does get damaged, there is a 1 year warranty where they offer 100% free exchanges for any quality issues. I accidentally broke the ball and all I had to do was message their customer service and they replaced it right away. Highly recommend this dog toy!

At first, this product was well received from one of my goldendoodles however, the outer cover lasted two seconds on the ball as it took one bite and it was broken. One of my goldendoodles was afraid of the ball and the other one loved to flip it in the air (I placed the ball in an old tube sock) After a few short weeks, the ball no longer performed as described. It no longer jiggled when it was touched therefore my dog lost interest. Even after being fully charged, the ball no longer jiggled and wiggled around when put on the second mode. The plastic is very hard and at times it was risky to have my dog play with it near any tvs or lamps as he would whip it up in the air and acrdoss the room.

It’s a great toy that will keep any animal interested!I have bought every interactive ball there is on the market and this product is by far the best of the best.It bounces with or without the cover, however with the cover on; it makes “Bella” a 12 lb PSD feel as if she has conquered her prey because she is able to pick it up by the outer covers tab (that comes with it) and shake it around with only a slight touch of her paw to turn it back on.The charge on it last forever, the noise level when playing with it on the carpeting is non existent and it’s hard as a rock so you can throw it like a bowling ball to be chased down. Last but not least, warranty on this is for one year and when it would no longer take a charge after14 months the seller of the same sent out a new one immediately upon receipt of the return on the original ball. I’m sure you will agree the art of Customer Service has been lost for quite sometime now! Who the hell does that anymore?Can there be improvements made, most certainly,if this ball was produced in the exact same way, keeping the crazy ball bouncing and these 3 changes;A bit softer,A bit smaller,with a squeaker inside,This would be the top selling dog product in the US. My dog loves this. She barks and plays with it. I have to take it away from her to make her stop. It does tear up pretty fast. She has broke the turn off and on switch. I put it in a sock to try to make it last longer. She is a Rottweiler so she gives it a hard time and it is pretty tough. I wish it would last because she has a lot of fun with it
