Great ergonomic chair and FANTASTIC customer support
I work approximately 10+ hours from home from Monday to Sunday depending on how crazy work gets. I needed a reliable chair and that is when I ran into ergonomic chairs and found the SIHOO M18 ergonomic chair after a crazy amount of days and hours or searching and reading reviews. Once I received the product and assembled it, I knew it was a good quality chair. It takes around 30-45 minutes to assemble with the tools provided with the product. It has great head rest, lumbar, sitting support. Bought it on October 2023 and provided everything I needed. About a week ago or so, I started noticing the tilt adjustment knob was getting stuck and not actually doing anything to the tilting tension. The back rest became wobbly. It was becoming a problem because I suffer from chronic neck and back pain and was the reason I had bought this product. Forgot to mention that it helped relieve my back and neck pain. I tried tightening the screws, disassembling and assembling the chair again, but nothing worked. My pain was getting worse and was affecting my work so I contacted the companies support group via email through amazon. I explained basically everything that I explained in this review and they requested some videos and pictures to see if they could find a solution. Those pictures and videos were sent. They replied and stated they would send me a new head rest, head rest mount, and new mechanism. I appreciated their quick reply and solution but I wanted to upgrade because I didnt want to experience the same pain again so I told them if I could get a discount to another SIHOO model, product models provided in email, for the same price amount of the replacement parts they were going to send me. They agreed after speaking to their supervisor!!!!! For me it was a surprise! I expected them to not care and just send me the parts they had mentioned. For the first time in my life, a company actually listened to its customer and found a solution that the customer needed! Plus, this was all solved from January 8 to January 12, 20205! They respond in such a quick manner, respectful, and professional! The products have a lifetime warranty and the company actually means it! I recommend the SIHOO M18 ergonomic chair for someone that wants to game comfortably or works in an office or from home at least 6-8hours a day. It is comfortable, sturdy, well made, tilting mechanism, comfortable sitting cushion, comfortable arm rest, great lumbar support, and AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!

Great seat
This is my first ergonomic mesh chair seat, I was originally replacing a walmart office chair i'd used for more years than I should have and got a "gaming" chair from a local big lots and found that the seat was too narrow (it was like 17" wide, I could squeeze in but after a couple hours I would feel sore in my thigh/hips. After checking reviews and doing some measurements I finally decided on going with this chair.Pros i've noticed- Adjustable lumbar support is nice to get the pressure I need where I want it.- Adjustable arm rests - if you haven't had them before, you'll like them. They take a lot of pressure off my arms.- Extra screws and decent assembly hardware - Make sure you read the instructions and use the right size washer, I messed up because I didn't actually read the steps and used the wrong washer lol- Can let the seat back a little and then lock it in place. (I like being leaned back but not too far, and this chair locks in just the right spot)- Arm rests can be moved out to the side if needed (the 3 screws go in a slot when you attach them so you can make the arm rests wider or tighter by loosening the screws and moving them)Cons- The seat cushion is a little thin, but it seems to be a quality memory foam gel like material and does feel soft even though I am on the bigger side (6'3" and 290lb)- The lumber support could go up another 1/2" but feels good where it is too.The small cons I listed aren't really much and at this chairs price point I don't think you will find a more comfortable.

Solid construction, firm but adjustable support, striking design.
After 15 years of heavy use my office chair finally gave up the ghost and became irreparable. After looking at a range of chairs in the $150 to $250 bracket and reading the reviews extensively, I settled on this model for it's good reviews and for the videos posted by it's buyers. What impressed me most was the care in packaging, the inclusion of extra hardware just in case, and the detailed instructions for assembly. All parts fit perfectly, were well made with above average fit and finish for the price range, and when assembled created a fine product of striking design and ingenious function. The seat is quite firm but not unduly uncomfortable, the back is very adjustable in lumbar support and the headrest is an added luxury as is the height adjustable armrests. My only complaint is the headrest does not go high enough to suit me, but that is a personal peeve. I happen to be taller than average. Most folks will find it useful and adaptable as it can rotate in closer to the head if desired. I like the fact that the height adjustment for the seat works differently than most. You don't lift up on the lever, but rotate it to change piston height. The same lever serves as a reclining lock to keep the chair back upright or allow for two reclining positions to be set for relaxed media viewing or even napping by simply pulling it out to free the action or pushed in to lock in one of three positions. The lumbar support can be adjusted in or out via a large stylish knob on the back and has a large range of adjustment. I can see this will be a long term reliable purchase.
