Very nice high quality construction and works as expected with no change to my existing shower head water pressure. I have purchased and returned other Chinese made shower adapters in the past due to leaks at the connections from incorrect or poorly machined pipe threads. This diverter is well made and installed without leaks on the first try. The included instructions are more then adequate if you have limited plumbing experience. It comes with Teflon pipe tape, an installation wrench and a couple spare rubber gasket seals.I purchased it with the 100" hose that is long enough to easily wash a pet or to clean and spray down any area of my shower. The hose is constructed better then others I have purchased from Home Depot or Lowe's and it also came with instructions, Teflon tape and spare rubber gaskets.

Flawless quality! Easy switching of operating modes from the main shower head to the hand shower head or joint operation of both heads at the same time, which can be easily done by both a child and an elderly person. No leaks. The hand shower fits completely into the holder and is stable in it. The ball joint is unique in the ability to install the hand shower in the desired position. The kit also includes a key for tightening the nut to fix the shower in a horizontal position, which is very convenient and makes it really quick to replace the old equipment with this Shower Arm Diverter with Holder for Hand Held Showerhead and Fixed Spray Head. I bought it to replace the plastic piece of garbage Shower Arm, which came with a 3-way Shower Head Combo, an absolutely new one, which was really impossible to install or use. I recommend this equipment. Excellent quality at a decent price.

Solid construction, all parts included, easy to install. Looks great and offers great flexibility!! This snazzy piece of hardware was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I was able to repurpose a hand-held shower (Moen) along with a Kohler showerhead. Best of both worlds. Documentation was great - took me less than 10 minutes to install. Study metal - zero drips. Water pressure is great, even when I split the flow (50/50) to both sides. Matches the 'satin nickel' finish!!I wish all projects could be this easy!

I would have given this 5 stars, but I received the wrong version—I ordered the one with the handle holder. That said, the product itself is excellent. It’s a solid metal piece that works great and is a huge upgrade from the cheap plastic holders that often come with shower sets. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to replace or upgrade their shower handle holder.

It was a perfect fit and I had all the tools needed to install this piece. I set it up in less than 30 minutes, accounting for the pictures I took to log this task for myself. The package comes all that is needed - extra washers, wrench, and white tape. I kept the existing hose shower and added the JOLIE shower head. I even used the same wrench and tape. I would be sure to replace all the washers even if they look okay, best to use new ones. The lever is smooth and there is no leaking between switching. Take your time and you will have this setup in minutes. Yes, the piece heavy and made well so feel confident that it will be in place for a long time. Also, the JOLIE shower head is heavy! so I did not choose the long arm as it would put too much strain on the pipes.

My previous ABS diverter valve started leaking, and I wanted to go with a higher quality metal one instead. This is it. The fit and finish of this product is excellent. The threads fit perfectly, have no flaws and attach easily to the shower downspout and nozzles.The valve operates smoothly with no issues whatsoever, and the chrome finish is flawless. The body is apparently made from solid brass, and I anticipate this unit lasting for the life of the house. The kit even comes with a wrench, Teflon tape and three rubber washers, for various applications.I highly recommend this unit...

This all metal valve is the BEST purchase I have made for my shower. It brought my pulsating hand held shower back to life. better than new. I installed it myself in less than ten mimutes. It replaced my anemic plastic shower valve
