Sore Spot Silicone Tape

Very good for sensitive skin and for keeping scaring of skin to a minimum

My podiatrist turned me on to this silicon tape. Use it over thickened skin or small protrusions on your feet that tend to blister. Use it to hold bandaids on cracked fingertips. Even cover small wounds. It's waterproof, and it usually pulls free without pain. Use it sparingly, however, since the amount on each roll is very stingy.

I had this product in a drawer for a long time before I tried it. I have very flat feet that have both been operated on for ruptured tendons. The results of so much work on my feet has left me with chronic pain and several toes with chronic corns and disfigured toenails no matter what brand of shoes. I have been using corn pads on several toes to help with the pain but since they have become so expensive and hard to get sometimes, I decided to see if I had something in the drawer where I put miscellaneous items for my feet. I found this silicone tape and decided to try it. I put it on 2 toes that are the worst for pain. I’ve used this 6now for at least 2 weeks and have had almost no pain. It goes on easily (like a roll of regular tap) and stays put until I want to change it. I am 75 and don’t need or want to take daily showers, so I would imagine those who do would need to change it accordingly.

does not stick unless foot is VERY DRIED off. Half the time it comes off inside sock. After shower have to wait at least twenty minutes for foot to be dry enough even after toweling. When it does its job it will stick on for three or four days. There is a fair amount in the roll.

This silicone tape works so very well for my sensitive skin--I have ordered it more than once. It does not leave bruising on my skin. I use it for a very specific purpose with a non-stick pad to prevent bruising on my wrists on occasion. It works well for would healing also. Good product.
