I like to use these mini pitas to prep spicy chicken melts, which I freeze and then microwave. They work very well for things like that. I also froze two of the packs and used one. I took one out and it defrosted perfectly in the fridge, ready to be used like normal. These pitas are soft and have a nice texture. I will say they’re quite thin and can be delicate and prone to tearing, but that’s how they’re so low calorie. I don’t find them frustratingly fragile.
