Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Eye Serum 0.5 fl. oz.

I have used the Olay Regenerist Eye Serum, 0.5 Ounce for over two decades now. I know that Olay continues to bring out new, more advanced products all the time, but I have sensitive skin and will react to new products more often than not. I use this as a twice a day moisturizer around my eyes, am & pm, and still really love it. It is soothing after a long day in the garden & it moisturizes after a long winter day with the drying heat on. I am always told that I look way too young to have 8 grandchildren, & most people assume that when I have any of my grandchildren with me that I am "mom", not "grandma". Yeah, I love it. I can't lie. Do I really think this product is part of why this happens? Well, yes, as I am a consistent user and never miss a day with this product, so that consistency is part of why I think my eyes and the skin around them remains more youthful than others my age. Anytime you can provide a good moisturizer & do it each and every day, you are going to have better looking skin than doing nothing all. Lets face it, with our central air/heating systems, our sun worshipping, (which I don't do, but I do spend as much time outside as possible), our strong soaps, and cleaners, we do damage our skin. Ladies, its maintenance, and if you want to look your best, than you gotta find a routine for a product, such as this. I also LOVE getting this from Amazon Subscribe & Save, as its saves me money and is always there when I run out. What a convenience for me. Never chasing down a product, since I forgot it the last time I was out running errands...Thanks, Amazon...you make my life easier.

I had been using a Garnier eyecream for about two years as part of my daily morning routine. I didn't notice a huge difference but it felt good going on and made me feel like at least I was trying to take better care of my face. I don't have any serious issues around my eyes, just the typical '"fine lines" you'd expect of a woman pushing 50, but several months ago I decided it was time to step-up my daily routine with more effective products and that led me to trying this product by Olay.Immediately after the first use the skin around my eyes did indeed somehow look a bit brighter & tighter and after a few days those "fine lines" in the corners - crows feet starting to settle in I suppose - were less noticeable. I continued to use it daily until the little tube ran out, just under a month, and have been delighted with what I perceive as quite a noticeable improvement to my eye area. I will continue to buy this product for as long as it is available. Which, I must note, it is not, at least not in my local stores which is why I ended buying my second tube from Amazon.I realize now that the reason I can't find it in the stores is because it has been replaced with a new formula in a red tube. My review is for the older formula in the white tube, which I don't hesitate to recommend.

I just got this serum and haven't been using it long enough to tell if it will work miracles or not (I'm hoping it will!). I was rather taken aback at the size of the bottle (and yes, I know how much .5 Fl Oz is) - it's smaller than the sample bottles I used to get with Shiseido products. Of course, you pay through the nose for those.I have always been a fan of the Olay Regenerist line - they are excellent products that are generally quite affordable. So, I'll let you know in a month if I look ten years younger :)***Update March 9 2014***So, I said I'd let you know if this miracle serum works miracles. It's a lovely soft cream that leaves the area under my eyes feeling very nice. I wish I could say I look ten years younger, but sadly that is not the case (ok, maybe FIVE years younger!). The teensy bottle I got a couple of months ago won't pump out drops anymore, but I can pull off the cap and get enough to work - probably for another couple of weeks. I'm not sure I will buy it again - I was thinking of getting Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Dark Circle Eye Roller, 0.50-Fluid Ounce....same size, a bit more money though.What I wanted to say though is that for me, the Olay Regenerist line is wonderful - I have been using this combo: Olay Regenerist Advanced Anti-Aging Micro-Purifying Foaming Cleanser 6.7 Fl Oz, (Pack of 2), Olay Regenerist Detoxifying Pore Scrub 6.5 Fl Oz (Pack of 2), The Original Hyaluronic Acid Serum 100% Pure 2 oz.(not Olay but a really good deal!), the eye serum and Olay Total Effects 7-In-1 Anti-Aging Daily Moisturizer 1.7 Fl. Oz., 1.700-Fluid Ounce- and it has made a huge difference in the look and feel of my skin. It's very soft and smooth - I've gotten compliments on my skin lately. The products are priced very reasonably so I don't feel like I'm sending money swirling down the drain every night when I wash. The only problem is that my adult daughter keeps 'borrowing' my face stuff and I have to keep hunting it down in her bathroom!
