Didn't come with wheels
I love this for my rabbit he absolutely loves it as well its very big and spacious better than most things I've bought for him to live in. It's very easy to move with the wheels absolutely great. One thing I will add is that the product did not come with the wheels so we haven't added those on yet this is my second time purchasing this and it's absolutely amazing very safe. Good and easy product to build I think overall I really like this hutch.

Decent cage, designed well. Good choice
It is a decent cage, it is sturdy enough for indoors or semi outdoor (barn) but would advise avoiding full outdoor placement. That much moisture might cause water damage unless you sealed the outer wood that is exposed a bit better. Rabbit loves it, I couldn’t see more than two medium rabbits or three mini’s for comfort. I would keep it to one on xlarge rabbits 20 plus pounds or more. Our mini Rex loves it Cleaning is easy because the tray pulls clear The company did a great job Best tip Go to a tractor supply store and get wood pine pellets for keeping a horse stall clean. Cost me $7 for 40 lbs. easy to clean up and no urine smells and safe for bunnies. Keep them inside no smell

Strap in for big review.
Size reference: 1.5 year old male rabbit approx 6.5 lbs seen in left corner of cage. First impression was not great. Anything I have to build myself I immediately remove all pieces and inspect quality of each part. Some of the pieces are split. Several pieces had mold/mildew growing on them. It was nothing a little bleach spray and a papertowel couldn't fix, but I expect my items to be mold free to begin with. The wood is a soft pine which makes it easier to put together, but that also means it's easier for it to be chewed up. Not all the screw places have pilot holes so it's nice to have it be a soft wood, however some of the pilot holes didn't line up properly and made it incredibly hard to hand screw pieces together. Using a drill would be best if you have one. That would eliminate a lot of time spent putting it all together. It took me about 2 and a half hours using a Phillips screw driver by myself, so not impossible but also not ideal. Having someone else for the extra hands holding would also definitely make things easier. Final product review: I really wish there were some cross pieces on the bottom for support under the tray. There also needs to be another leg support where the two halves of the cage meet. The two halves need to line up just right between the two story and one story section. If it's not exactly where it needs to be, the sagging created between the halves makes the door on the left hard to open/close and lock/unlock. The cage as a whole does a weird wiggle wobble sometimes because there's nothing supporting the bottom or center of it all. The plus side of the whole thing is my rabbit loves his new house. I opted to use just the tray instead of having the wire bottom and it seems to be working just fine without it. The ramp is a little steep but a full grown rabbit can most likely just jump up into the hutch area without using the ramp at all. The wheels are sturdy and good quality in general. They came fully greased and can lock if needed. The front ramp can be removed as needed which I find pretty useful. There is a very strong fresh cut pine wood smell, but I personally don't mind it. Overall, I wish it was a little more structurally sound and arrived clean, but it's not a bad purchase.

Decent but not worth the asking price.
Came 3 days earlier than expected. maybe that forced 60$ upcharge was worth it... maybe. Its made of cheap pre-assembled wood pieces instead of vinyl like I expected for something marked as outdoor. Good thing i bought this for indoor use... it wouldnt survive the FL humidity let alone some rain. The quality control at their factory must have loose standards else I wouldnt have to sand each door down a bit to keep them from getting stuck in the framing. Those of us used to DIY projects wont have that hard of a time with assembly but yikes. even the small bit of preconstuction they do for you is not quite lined up and you have to compensate. And whose brighy idea was it for those flooring pieces being framed in wood AND cloth?. best believe I will be replacing that with some actual metal lest it start soaking in rabbit pee. I am buying some of those metal wall grids now to cut down to size. also while testing the bottom tray slide to make sure everything was lined up right, it got stuck and the side panel on the thing got knocked off. Super glue time and more work. (-.-#) I honestly would have come out with less frustration had i bought the same hutch design from another cheaper brand. I would have expected these issues at that price and at least that other one I saw had those vertical and horizontal bars that would have made moving everything over take less time and less strategic wirecutting. Heck I could recreate it myself in a larger scale and with actual weatherproofing had i had the time.

Great cage for litter trained dwarf rabbits
This hutch is just about perfect for my 1 year old lion head. I can see how others may have issues with the urine splashing, but that is not really an issue for us because my male bunny Basil is trained to only pee in his box. His Walmart kitten litter box fits perfectly in the top and we were able to set up the hay feeder right over it. Basil doesn't chew treated wood so that is not an issue for us, but there are some areas in the hide that might be a chew opportunity for other buns. It took me about 30 min to assemble with the drill and I had to use the screw setting because the wood is soft. The holes were all pre drilled and lined up well. I recommend getting some wood glue before assembling because the pegs add some stability when they are glued in. I am a bit disappointed that the top hide doesn't have a wire floor like the bottom. The trays are a bit tricky I recommend pushing the bottom tray rather than pulling and removing the top tray by opening the door and sliding it from the bottom. My only concern is Basil chewing the plastic top tray. So far this cage has given my bun the bippities.
