So.. yeah...this took months to get to me. I expected that in these times. Once I got it, I was disappointed in the overall quality, but once I "tweaked it", I'd say.. at least I can use it. It's "adequate". The "Tweak" being.. I have to weigh it down on all sides to keep it from falling over. I'm 6 foot one, 215 lbs.. and at that weight the chair wants to flop forward when I'm using it, and personally, I don't want to do pushups with my face. So I have to 1) put a 70 lb dumbell between the foot rests 2) out another 25 lb rubber dumbell as a cross weight on top of that (it's weird, but it works because it adds a little more foot support and weight) 3) put an additional 50 lb dumbell on the middle of it and 4) put 2 40 lb weights on both sides of the front legs of the chair. This is with the chair at the LOWEST setting. If you're shorter... this chair will be a huge disappointment... as even at 6 foot 1, I actually could use it slightly shorter to properly bend at the waist. Also.. as a guy... lets just say there's a lack of 'room' in a certain spot. But as I said, I've made it awkwardly functional. It's not a perfect solution, and it's no where near as nice as the one I used to use at the gym.. but for me. it's an ok standby. I'd recommend looking into other options though,.

This item is a prime example of a company roughly trying to copy a piece of exercise equipment without having ever used the thing.Everything is done cheaply and all measurements are absurd. I could elaborate but at this point why bother. Don't waste your time on this piece of junk...waited months for it to arrive and it looks like this. WTF?!!

This product is ok at best. I suppose you get what you pay for though. Assembly is super easy, however the top does not really adjust to the level I need it to. Probably not an issue if you are around 6’0 tall. I’m 5’5 and have found success by just pushing the top adjustable part as low into the unit as it will go. It’s kinda floppy but it won’t kill you. Also, there is a strangeness about the level in which the foot/leg pads are placed. Hard to explain. I’m still glad I bought this, but it is just weird.

Good quality and structure. Took two months to get here from China. I would give it a five star rating...but two months!!! Ugh.
