It works great, just as described.

The product itself works great. One flaw it has is the top pops off every time we use it. We cut the top and even poked a hole in the top and it still does it.

This stuff will help you to keep the head of cassette deck in good condition.

My machine was acting up. It cleared up when I used the solution.

Works great for cleaning tape player heads!!!!

Beware of Hazards: Spout Does Not Work. I followed the brief instructions and unscrewed the cap of the fluid bottle and went to squeeze and few drops on the cassette sponge and guess what happened? The plastic bottle broke and exploded the chemical solution all over my face and in my coffee. Perhaps instead of putting pictures of cute little pets on the instruction card they could tell the user that even through there appears to be a pinhole in the spout it doesn’t in fact let anything out. Take the spout off and dump in on if you want to risk it, but the spout doesn’t let anything through.
