Had it installed on wall during a bathroom renovation. I use it for storage of hairdryer, not for using dryer hands free. Looks good.

I have long hair, and my arms get tired while drying it.After using this hair dryer holder, I don’t need to hold the hair dryer anymore, and I can use both hands.It’s a little funny because I have to move myself instead of moving the hair dryer. 😅I was surprised by how strong the suction is — even though my hair dryer is heavy, it holds very well!

Ordered this so that my wife could mount her hair dryer on our tile walls. First, the suction cups are all arranged so that they cannot all possibly fit a standard 4 inch tile. Even if they could, these are low quality suction cups that can hardly hold a few pounds.The cover over the mount is also extremely flimsy and will not stay on the mount!Honestly, I cannot believe amazon sells this!

I am so in love with this! It makes drying your hair so much faster when you can separate and brush without having to hold your (heavy!) hairdryer. Because my bathroom is super tiny I did not have the room to install this at eye level as the instructions say, nor could I use the cover that's built in to cover the screw mount - but it doesn't make any difference other than it's less "pretty". The cover just floats there over the wood trim on my door, I wish there was the option to remove it, but oh well. I use a BaByliss 2002 BLX (designed exclusively for licensed cosmetologists) hairdryer and it is a beast, my arm is killing me after fully drying my hair normally but no more! I love how it has two swivels and I can move it into any position I want. It has zero issues holding my hairdryer, has never slipped - even sideways. I'm now storing my hairdryer in it, saves a lot of room. I did not use the mounting hardware that came with the holder, I felt that the drywall anchors were too small for my walls so I used 2 studs and 2 ex-ancor brand drywall screws.

Had shoulder surgery- could this possibly work- ??my hair dryer has switches on side- so I bought another dryer w switch in front - that would work w this thing. - - one big flop- my opinion- it’s too close to wall. - i have to bend in awkward positions - awkward- doesn’t work for my needs- you have to make sure you have a place to secure to wall- ck measurements - it is a heavy duty plastic- that is probably not gonna break if falls

Solid, hard plastic holder with 2 pivot points at the arm and where the dryer handle goes, which move sideways and up and down. Once the plate is screwed into the wall, there is a cover that snaps over to hide the screw mounts. A little tricky at first to screw into place, until I realized the arm needs to slide left or right to get at the slots better. Then just slide the 2 screws in the slots on one side, screw into place, move the arm over, and do the same on the other side with the last 2 screws. The screws are long and thick enough that I didn't need the anchors. It's very secure to the drywall. The holder is very well constructed and designed. I'm really happy with my purchase, and how quickly I got it, and how well-packaged it was.
