These little mugs are adorable. They’re well made and we use them almost every day. They’re our new favorite additions to our home. Nice weight, nice hand feel. Holds temperature nicely.

It's amazing to have a hand-made ceramic item from Japan delivered directly to your door by Amazon. I was thrilled to find my favorite Japanese pottery maker, with their cute Tanuki Raccoon Dog character on Amazon. Missing Japan in this Covid world, these cute cups make my day a little brighter! And my warm cup of green tea just a bit more satisfying. I especially liked knowing that I am actually buying from a craftsperson in Japan which makes the price all the more worth it.

I like the design and shape of these cups, but the outside texture is extremely gritty. If you are sensitive to textures on the outside of cups and mugs, you may want to consider another option.

Love these. High quality. Very cute, but the surface has this really uncomfortable like fine grit sandpapery feeling. It provides grip but made me cringe to hold it. I ended up rubbing beeswax all over it so it didn’t bother my hands so much. Maybe I have sensory issues idk some type of paper napkins and faux wool fabrics bother me too idk how to explain it. If you know you know.
