Corporate Kit (Black) - Binder, Slipcase, Minutes & Bylaws, Stock Certificates, Index Tabs & Metal Corporate Seal

Better than I expected, it similarly resembles my moms corporate binder which was issued by her accountant back in '09. Stock certificates look good, I did have to relabel one of the dividers to suit my needs. The bylaws and minutes are eh. This is for a close corp, so the provided bylaws didn't apply perfectly to me. I used a template from lawdepot that was tailored to my corps details. Then I ran it through gemini to test for strengths and weaknesses. So in the end I tweaked the bylaws quite a bit. but the provided ones were still a good reference point. It comes with a lot of forms for meeting minutes for different situations. The seal is great, looks a lot like my notary seal in terms of quality. Overall a great kit, especially for the price. I'll keep purchasing for my future clients.

Great addition to starting my LLc

I purchased this LLC Kit and when I received it everything looked great except for the seal didn't have the "s" on Consultants in my business name. I contacted the company through Amazon on the weekend and received a response quickly. They apologized and shipped me a new seal with the correct name which arrived in a few days. I liked the product and customer service so much that I purchased another LLC kit for another business. Everything was perfect with that order. I would definitely purchase from them again in the future.
