Actually does securely fit a wide range of medium to large frame handguns
First, do not consider that a medium to large frame auto pistol can be discreetly carried - this are duty firearms sized, not a "drop it in a pocket" sized gun. I fitted it to a Canik TP9 (similar to Walther P99) and also a S&W 4566, once properly adjusted they would insert and lock in place securely. A current mindset of some is that the "Serpa" type trigger guard retention is problematic - that in some extreme circumstance it will jam up and keep you from drawing the holster. The originator had this rare issue when the holsters were subjected to extremely dusty/dirty environments, aka MP's rolling on a desert convoy being covered in fine sand, etc, and for some reason suddenly needing to use their sidearm. A rare circumstance for the average user, the typical rancher tends to avoid long drives on dustbound roads and getting covered. It also begs the question why a soldier who's primary weapon is an M16/M4 wasn't keeping it clean enough to operate - and having served, I know there are institutional and operational guidelines to check, clean and check again to keep it working. The premise that you'd need a split second to grab your pistol and didn't know it was in a dirty holster, locked in place? Darwin's Law has consequences. Leaders work to prevent it. The AWARE and ACTIVELY CONSCIOUS user of a firearm learns to make sure in that environment that he won't be caught in a circumstance of his own making. It's not that hard to rinse out a holster - especially a molded polymer one - just to keep the grit from wearing the finish. This holster performs admirably given the user is informed and aware of what he or she is doing, and not allowing themselves to be subject to self inflicted errors. The type of trigger guard retention works and does so well, someone using it for field, range, or casual carry should have few to no issues. On the singularly rare instance you would need to draw it and fire - for which there ought to be a minimum of 100 practice draws, UNLOADED, a user should know that 1) it's not a High Noon attempt at clock beating extraction 2) your finger should remain extended until the firearm is at least 45 degrees out of the holster and extended in front of you. The only way someone can discharge the firearm into their leg is by blatantly screwing up pulling the trigger before the sights are up and pointed. And yet the general gun community continues to beat the drum that there may be some problem with this type of holster. The reality is the user is at fault in both cases - inadequate maintenance and a Quick Draw McGraw attitude which discharges the firearm long before it even points at a responsible target. It would seem the Internet isn't calling out the ignorati on their abusive and untrained misapplication of high stress practices as a standard of daily conduct. Long term use of this style of holster has so far shown they are durable, safe, and in the hands of a competent and educated user, a reliable method of carry. Keep in mind - for the most part, firearms only go off when they are in the user's grasp - they rarely if ever just discharge as if they have mind of their own. Mind where your finger is, that is the last safety you have control over. I have no problem recommending this holster for use by competent and trained owners. Its far better than the cheap nylon floppy sacks I see clipped to waistbands tangling in seatbelts and jackets. Don't be that guy.

Oh wow, FITS! READ for MEASUREMENTS...
I am shocked, this WORKS for me. I have a S&W model 210 .40 cal (from the 1990's) with very near 1 inch slide width and a 4 inch barrel. Holster fits nicely with perfect retention and button release, decent paddle holster all around. NOW, since they are not wise enough to help with dimensions, I have some INFO to share: IF your slide is more than 1.1 inches wide and the barrel length is more than 5 inches, this holster will NOT work for you - seek another. Also, if your barrel is 3/4 inch (or less in width) or length is 3 inches or less, this holster is TOO much (or large) for your needs. Good luck fellow patriots!

Fits 1911 but....
I play airsoft and i recently purchased a 1911 model sidearm, I had a holster come in that looked exactly like this ine but it was cheap and didnt work well so when i got this one and saw it was the same in appearance but clearly higher quality material. when i say i thought it was gonna be IMPOSSIBLE to find a good hip holster but i was proven wrong by this one right here. (note i am switching from a leg drop holster to this one and i have not used it on the field yet) i gave it a little jog in my street clothes and nothing fell out, it was super comfortable, a little wobbly when i sprinted but this is still amazing fresh out the box. The only fault i see is that the holster will occasionally eject the mag from the 1911 but that could probably be fixed with some tinkering around.

Better than expected.
I took a chance and tried this holster on my SAR B6. This model is not listed on any of the makers models they sale, so I was not only gambling on quality and functionality of this more budget minded holster, but also the fitment. To my surprise right out the box my Sar immediately locked in... I was shocked! Anyhow after some tinkering with the 3 adjustment screws it's now perfect very pleased at the range. I don't have to set it down anymore and no worries about falling out like some holsters! Seems built to last. I probably won't need to replace it maybe ever.

It's a little tight
It fits my glock 18 great. It's a little tight at first but I had to break it in a little and adjust the tightness but besides that it's great

I Christmas shop early and this is one of those items. DID NOT FIT Sig SP2022!
Updated 12/1/2022: This did not fit as described and it's past the return date. Now I am stuck selling it (if I can) at a very reduced price. This did not come anywhere close to fitting a Sig SP2022. It wouldn't even fit with the retention screws loosened all the way. There's nothing extra special about the weapon, it's stock product. Review of Universal Gun Holster, Open Belt Carry Holsters Fit 80+ Pistols, OWB Tactical Holster for Glock/Sig Sauer/CZ/Ruger/Springfield Armory/Beretta/Smith & Wesson/1911/Taurus, 360ยฐ Adjustable - Right Handed This was ordered as a gift. I have examined it, but I don't have a weapon that will fit in it properly. The recipient will get this for Christmas. As far as I can tell, this will be sufficient for the conceal carrying that she will do. Plus, it has the index finger release for added safety. It appears well made for the price point. Hopefully this helps someone to decide to try this product or not.

It's nice but.....
While this is a very nicely made holster - solid feel, hefty materials - it does not fit my H&K45, despite saying it is compatible. Sorry guys, but that's why I dinged you on the review. This is likely very nice for a handgun that has a narrower slide and will fit tighter (without having to loosen retention screws to the point of almost falling out), it definitely does not work with an H&K 45 despite saying it does.

Versatile
I adjusted my holster for my g3 and itโs fits most glocks with out having to adjust it from my g3. itโs a nice one and I would not trade it, first real uses I put it through was a range qualification for my armed guards license and it held up great. With my G3 in the holster, I can fix a g19 and a 1911(but it rattles a bit) but itโs secure.
