The price ($168 shipped) couldn't be beat for what I got vs. what I am using this safe for.The digital combination lock is working fine, and even though the open/close knob appears loose, it is acceptable and seems secure. Having the option of opening the safe with a key is a plus ... just in case the digital keypad fails ... After 3 days the bottom dial SIMPLY STOPPED TURNING and would not lock! I tried to fix it by twisting the knob to and fro and it began to work for a few days when during this time the top stoped working as well! I tried to take out the batteries and use the key method again to troubleshoot but the key did not work either. The bolts just dont turn in or out anymore and this safe is useless at this point. Please just dont cheap out especially when it comes to your business and buy this safe.
